Finally, the garage has been converted into a play area.

Parking in the property in front of the garage door. Additional free parking space on the street side.

The neighborhood is quiet. It is located between a wooded promenade area, the swimming pool, the casino, and also the green avenue that can be crossed to walk to the city center.

- from the Autoroutes crossroads located at Les Hayons, 15' away. These highways come from Rouen, Le Havre, Amiens or Calais.

Arriving in Forges-les-eaux, at the lake in front of the Casino, take Avenue Olivier de Montalent. Go to the end then turn into Rue de la Grande Mademoiselle. The house is located just before the next crossroads.

The house is on the edge of the Avenue Verte which connects Paris to Dieppe (practical for cyclists and hikers).

"Une maison de vacances très confortable"
Une maison de vacances confortable et situé au calma en bordure de Forges-les-Eaux avec un hôte trés attentionné et serviable David. Nous y avons passé de merveilleux moments et de là nous avons fait des excursions á Giverny (les jardins de Monnet), Amiens, Dieppe, etc.
Si vous aimez le calme, l’espace et le confort, cette adresse de vacances avec un hôte aussi attentionement que David, est fortement recommandée!
